Bowled over

Oh I love these vintage bowling pins from bluebellbazaar.
And I have been dying to go here for ages but nobody wants to come with (hint hint!)

Recycled

Take one ordinary BIC ball point pen (remove the innards) then heat till the plastic becomes malleable. It is hand blown in the same fashion as glass to produce a little bubble reservoir/base forming a perfect desktop vase.

Just found these great canvas screen prints inspired by vintage destination blinds from the Printdolls team. Which would be a great house warming gift for my sister who is moving into her new place next week...

Sadly however they are slightly over budget...but still very very cool!
