Yes! I do love my PG Arts, which is the bigger gocco. I liked the larger size, so that I had more flexibility with what I could do with it. If I had a choice, the PG-11 is cool because it is the larger size and has a registration plate -- which means you can align your prints over your existing one more easily. (Think for 2 colors or something).
However, the larger ones are pretty expensive. I paid $400 for a kit including inks and everything, but it was worth it. Especially since it was still kind of hard to get a hold of at the time.
You could probably find a smaller model for about $100. I would recommend that too. Then, if you want to upgrade later, you can! Whatever you get, it'll work out. Feel free to email me with any more questions. My email is on my blog :)
